Exploricon 5.5 Extras

Professional childcare is prohibitively expensive, so we are not able to offer childcare to the general public this year. Instead, we are setting up this page to allow our friends to work together to pay for a babysitter.

If you know of someone else who would be interested in childcare, please contact us and let us know. Please do not share the link or password for this page publicly. Thank you for your help and understanding!

Childcare tickets include a Youth Attendee badge, so if there are games you would like to play with your kids, they are welcome to join the con and play. They must remain with a guardian at all times, though, if they are 15 or under.

Please Note: Food will not be provided for the kids. We will have a few snacks, but meals need to be provided by you. You can purchase catering for your kids through the regular ticket site or if you are leaving the con to eat, you can take your kids with you. Outside food is not allowed in the hotel. There are a lot of restaurants nearby, like Panera, Noodles, The Great Dane, Mod Pizza, Pizza Hut, Laredo’s, and more.
